Lead Medical Aesthetician & Wellness Specialist

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and client-focused Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern wellness spa where beauty meets science. You'll help clients look and feel their best through cutting‑edge non‑invasive aesthetic treatments while working alongside experienced Registered Nurses in a collaborative wellness environment. What You'll Do Perform advanced non‑invasive aesthetic treatments Operate premium skin tightening and body contouring technologies Educate clients on treatment plans and expected outcomes Build customized treatment packages Take before‑and‑after photos and maintain treatment documentation Cross‑educate clients on wellness services including IV therapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, compression therapy, halo salt therapy, and weight loss programs Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding client experience Help build long‑term relationships with clients Qualifications New York State Licensed Esthetician (required) Medical spa experience preferred Experience with RF skin tightening, body contouring, or energy‑based devices is a plus Strong consultation and sales skills Professional appearance and communication Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people feel confident Comfortable learning new technologies and protocols Compensation Competitive hourly pay Performance bonuses Commission opportunities Employee discounts Career growth opportunities Why Join THE DRIPBaR?
