HousekeeperResponsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving our guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. The Housekeeping room attendant is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of our guest rooms.Requirements:Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily according to hotel and brand standards3 years Housekeeping management experienceBilingual (Spanish) is a plusAvailable to work flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts and weekendsAbility to regularly lift and move up to 30 lbs. and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.Open to cross-training and assisting in other departments as necessaryProficient in FosseSpecific duties include, but are not limited toClean and service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel and brand standardsClean all corridors and service areasMove and arrange furniture, including but not limited to: flipping mattresses when necessary; removing, moving, or hanging drapes;Clean laundry chute of any dirty laundryProvide necessary linen and amenities to guests in accordance to guest room legendQuickly deliver amenities to guest's rooms upon request in a friendly manner (i.e. iron & ironing board, pack-n- play cribs, etc.)Greeting any and all guests i.e. "Good Morning" or "Good Evening"Report any damage, hazards, repairs required in guest room and hallwaysAbide by the regulations set forth by the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) when using chemicalsReturn any items found in vacant guest rooms, hallways, or back of house to the housekeeping lost and foundRestock cart at end of shift and organize linen closet to prepare for the next dayBe very knowledgeable of Marriott Rewards program and promotionsDevelop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, and amenities of the hotelComplete any other related task given by manager
