In this role you will market, sell, coordinate, and oversee the installation of custom finishes in residents' apartments. Your efforts will directly impact the community by enhancing apartment appeal, increasing occupancy rates, and supporting overall growth.Join us in shaping a thriving, engaging and high-quality living experience for the residents who will call Emerson Lakes home.What we offerCompensation: commensurate with experience starting at $62,000 per year.A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and valuesMedical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine optionsPTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% match30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted prices!Growth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new onesHow you will make an impactCoordinate each phase of custom service projects, to include: initial marketing efforts, invoicing, final implementation and quality assurance.Market custom services finishes and products to both future and existing residents and assist in the selection of custom finishes and products.Provide pricing, process and product specification information to residentsProcess custom services work orders, issue purchase orders to contractors, and schedule the work to be performedLog all custom service checks received and deliver them to the Finance Department on a monthly basisWhat you will needProject planning experience is required.Minimum 3 year experience in a field related to Interior DesignMinimum of 1 year minimum of broad customer service experience within a Maintenance or General Services department is required.Maintenance trouble-shooting and coordination, as well as public relations experience, is a plus.Analytical, project coordination, and public relations experience preferred.Basic computer skills preferred.Emerson Lakes is a beautiful 46-acre continuing care retirement community in Lakewood Ranch, near Bradenton and Sarasota, FL.
