- Manage all aspects of HVAC/Mechanical construction projects, focusing on healthcare facilities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in HVAC/Mechanical construction.
- Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC/Mechanical systems and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
