Location: El Dorado, KS
Pay Rate: $17.10 per hour, Opportunities for increases at 60 Days and 6 Months!
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities may include:
- Operating and tending production equipment and machinery
- Monitoring gauges, scales, and fillers to ensure proper operation
- Inspecting materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Performing changeovers, cleaning, and basic equipment maintenance

- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment
- Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities
