Our mission is to provide world-class customer experience to all our global customers. We seek to simplify the customer experience by offering a single contact point and assigning the appropriate Vaisala expert to find a solution. Customers are the center of our operations, and our success is measured through customer satisfaction and the quality of our service. We are now looking for a Customer Care Specialist to care for our global customers across multiple industries for a hybrid ( 3 days in-office ) schedule.What's Your Role?Be an integral part of a newly established department within a growing global organizationFunction in frontline role as primary interface with Vaisala customers; via phone, email, chat, and service ticketsDocument customer interactions with accurate and detailed records in company CRM (Salesforce)Collaborate with cross functional peers to exceed customer expectations and discover opportunities for improvementProvide feedback that will help shape the Customer Frontline department's operations and further develop the customer experienceContinuously learn about innovative products and servicesWork with various stakeholders throughout the organization and across the worldWhat Will You Bring?High school diploma and 1-3 years of experience as direct point of contact in customer centric rolePassion about the customer experience; possessing the ability to identify customer needs and discover ideal customer solutionsBilingual in Spanish desired, not requiredWillingness and ability to work both as core member of a team and independentlyExcellent communication, muti-tasking, prioritization, and time management skillsThe desire to develop and grow, with an eagerness to learn new thingsThe flexibility to seamlessly adapt in a never-changing environmentA great deal of personal integrity – making decisions in line with Vaisala's core valuesHigh level of comfort communicating with customers through telephonic and digital channelsAbility to simultaneously navigate and learn multiple systems and programsCompetency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools – Salesforce knowledge is a plusAnticipated Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary with our annual performance bonus plan ( on top of base compensation ). Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
