American Traveler is seeking a Surgical Technologist/First Assistant for a travel position in an OR First Assist department, requiring CST certification and 2 years of experience.

Details

• Work in the First Assists department of a hospital operating room
• Shift scheduled from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• State license required if applicable, per state regulations (e.g., VA, CO)
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC accepted, with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history totaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures as part of the surgical team
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility and local candidates will not be considered
• One professional reference required
