Job Description Assembler | $17/hour | Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm What Matters Most Competitive pay of $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm Location: Dallas, TX Temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance, as well as 401K, direct deposit, and our referral bonus program Job Description As an Assembler, you’ll work in the Fabrication Department assembling electrical enclosures and components. You’ll interpret bills of materials, use hand and power tools, and follow work instructions to ensure product quality and accuracy. Responsibilities: Assemble enclosures, subassemblies, and related components Use hand tools, power tools, and tape guns safely and effectively Perform visual inspections and verify process accuracy Interpret and work from Bill of Materials (BOM), routers, and work instructions Install and handle components with care and precision Verify product against drawings and specifications Manually lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs Qualifications and Requirements: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required (sheet metal or stainless steel experience preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including BOMs and work instructions Must be dependable with good attendance and a steady work history Manual dexterity and physical ability to perform repetitive tasks Able to identify issues and verify product quality No previous terminations for misconduct Your New Organization: This company specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of standard and custom electrical enclosures.
