Front Desk Coordinator This vital role ensures a seamless experience for new patients by handling inquiries, verifying information, coordinating schedules and maintaining accurate patient records. Greets all patients with a warm welcome and excels in a team environment. We are seeking a social, kind and dependable candidate to join our outpatient therapy services! PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Primary point of contact for all PT, OT and SLP outpatients to ensure a smooth transition into our services.
