ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service Connect with Customers:Use your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect products and drive sales. Incorporate our apparel and footwear into your styling suggestions,demonstratinghow they can create a cohesive lifestyle aesthetic. Problem Solver:Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuringa responsiveand engaging interaction, with diligent follow-up. Handle Challenges Professionally:Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences. Promote Security:Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices. Maintain Cleanliness:Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organized, andinviting forcustomers. Transaction Confidence:Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Enhance Product Presentation:Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards,ensuring excellence in product presentation at all times. Assist with Replenishment:Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as needed.

Availability Expectations General Availability: Part-Time from November 2nd through January 16th Employees must be adaptable to the business's evolving needs. The Store Managerwilldetermineavailability requirements. This schedule may include various shifts such as mornings, evenings, and weekends. Peak Period Availability: Black Friday: All employees are expected to be available to work on Black Friday (the day after US Thanksgiving). Holiday Season: Availability isrequiredfrom the second week of December including Christmas Eveuntil the end of the holiday season. The exact end date will bedeterminedannually, based in part on the period during which guests can return holiday merchandise.
