Field Service Technician/CDL-A Driver

We are seeking a Field Service Technician/CDL-A Driver to support industrial field service operations. This role combines commercial driving with hands-on mechanical work, including oil transfer, filtration, and lubrication services at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A truck and tanker trailer
• Perform oil transfer, filtration, flushing, and lubrication services
• Operate pumps, filtration systems, and related equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on equipment
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and site-specific requirements
• Complete required paperwork and service documentation
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a professional customer experience

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A required
• Tanker and HazMat endorsements required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with pumps, valves, or field service is preferred
• Ability to travel up to 35% and stay overnight as needed (up to 5 nights)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass background and drug screenings

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, and work in outdoor industrial environments
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and around industrial equipment
