French-speaking Programme Specialist

Supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme, the full-time French-speaking Programme Specialist will manage relationships with local hiring managers, oversee temporary recruitment requests, and ensure compliance while working collaboratively with third-party vendors and agencies. Key responsibilities Manage relationships with local hiring managers and handle their temporary recruitment requests Conduct vacancy qualification meetings, brief third-party suppliers, and oversee the screening and onboarding processes Track invoices and approvals for payment while ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving local issues Required qualifications Proficient in English and native in French Experience in interim high-volume recruitment for France Vendor Management Service/Managed Service provider experience is desirable Demonstrated hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
