The Digital Product Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle management of digital products, including strategy, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping, testing, release, and adoption, measurement, and ongoing optimization. This role is accountable for translating market, business, and customer insights into product capabilities, managing product roadmaps and priorities, and delivering digital solutions that enhance e-commerce performance and business value. This role is accountable for independently driving complex digital product initiatives, resolving issues, and serving as a subject matter resource on cross-functional teams.

Essential Functions

• Lead the planning, definition, prioritization, and execution of digital product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature enhancements to maximize customer and business value and support digital merchandising objectives
• Partner with business, merchandising, marketing, sales, and technology stakeholders to align product priorities, investment tradeoffs, requirements, and delivery plans with organizational goals
• Apply design thinking practices, including user story development, wireframing, prototyping, and testing, to define product requirements and deliver usable, valuable, feasible, and customer-centric solutions and guide solution design for complex business needs
• Manage product development activities through agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, issue tracking, product testing, and sprint reviews to ensure successful, transparent, and timely delivery
• Analyze product performance, utilization, and business results to identify opportunities, recommend enhancements, and implement improvements that support growth, revenue retention, and customer experience objectives
• Coordinate product releases, deployment schedules, feature implementations, and maintenance activities to support successful product commercialization, communications, and adoption, adoption, and ongoing product performance
• Ensure product architecture, technology capabilities, integrations, and supporting platforms align with product requirements, customer needs, business objectives, and long-term product roadmaps to support scalable and sustainable solutions
• Serve as a technical and product resource by researching market trends and evaluating emerging solutions, providing clear, situation-based guidance to colleagues, recommending best practices, and supporting the resolution of product and integration challenges
• Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience
• 5 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, or related technology roles

Preferred Requirements

• Experience supporting e-commerce, digital commerce, or customer-facing product platforms

• Advanced knowledge of digital product management principles, methodologies, and product lifecycle management
• Ability to develop and manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and backlog planning
• Ability to apply design thinking techniques, including user story creation, wireframing, prototyping, and testing
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex product issues and evaluate customer adoption, product performance, and business impact
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present recommendations, tradeoffs, requirements, and product strategies effectively

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.


$96,500.00 - $128,700.00
