Job Summary:
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU), located at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of nursing services. The RN is responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical practice, ensuring quality patient outcomes, and fostering an environment of exceptional customer care. The position includes floating to Medical Surgical units regularly to meet care needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Minnesota state nursing license, 2+ years of critical care and ICU experience, 1 year of travel nursing experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, experience with Med Surg and Telemetry, competency in inserting IVs, adult population experience, Epic electronic medical record experience, and a work history current to within 1 year. Candidates must also provide two supervisory references with dates employed listed, and be eligible to work in the USA.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
