The Urologist works with an interdisciplinary team of primary caregivers and administrative support staff to perform duties while displaying the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct as well as acting in the best interest of Garnet Health Doctors, supporting our mission, vision, and values to optimize the health and well-being of our patients.MINIMUM EDUCATION: M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy with Urologic Board certification or eligibility within five (5) yearsMINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experience in Urology practice preferred, new grads welcomePOSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Current Physician Licensure in New York StateGraduate of an Accredited M.D. or D.O. ProgramCurrent BLS CertificationBoard Certification or Current Board Eligibility in Urology within 60 monthsDEA registration valid and unrestrictedPhysical Requirements: Stands, walks, sits intermittently throughout the day. Lifts, pushes, pulls light to heavy weights as required.Working Conditions: Work is primarily indoors with exposure to various nursing unit and/or patient care elements.
