We offer a wide range of specialties under one roof including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery using advanced, state-of-the-art equipment and scheduling technology. We proudly serve both pediatric and adult patients, and we're committed to creating a welcoming environment and delivering an outstanding, memorable experience for every patient.The Ideal CandidateCompassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptableComfortable in a fast-pace, team-driven officeCan-do attitudeDental assistant certification is preferredKey ResponsibilitiesAssist the dentist with a wide range of dental procedures, including orthodontic treatments, crown preparation, crown placement, and adjustments.Explain office procedures to patients before treatmentProvide quality, compassionate care to patients before, during, and after dental treatmentManage patients during dental procedures and ensure their comfortAccurately chart existing dental conditions and record progress notesProvide patients with post-operative instructions following treatment or surgeryTake dental impressions for study modelsPrepare, maintain, and sterilize dental instruments, supplies, and equipmentTake and develop dental x-rays; collect and record patient health historiesServe as infection control officer: maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with infection control protocolsMonitor and document repairs for operatory and handpiece equipmentComplete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks (e.g., autoclave testing, trap cleaning)Assist with ordering and inventory of dental suppliesSupport the clinic with recall and treatment plan reports as neededAdhere to all government, OSHA, and company regulationsProvide direct patient care across multiple specialties including pediatric dentistry and oral surgeryQualificationsTechnical or college diplomaPrevious dental assisting experience requiredExcellent chairside manner and strong communication skillsAbility to multitask and adapt to different procedures and techniquesProfessional, dependable, and eager to growStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer service oriented with a professional demeanorReliable and collaborative team playerBilingual (English/ Spanish) preferredScheduleMonday -Friday | 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM BenefitsFull-time team members qualify for Medical, Dental, and Optical Insurance after 90 daysEmployee discountUnique opportunity to work in a multi-specialty practicePaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysOpportunities for Professional GrowthDental experience is highly preferredPay is based on experienceAre you willing to consent to a background check including a criminal record check, employment, and education verification?
