Senior Project Manager

Cardella Construction Company is launching its Texas operations, creating a unique opportunity for professionals who want to help build a new regional office from the ground up while backed by an established, financially strong contractor. We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, energetic, and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibilities of one of a Sr. PM include collaborating with a Project Executive and Superintendent, managing all phases of the project from precon to close out, and overseeing profit/loss on any assigned project. What you'll be up to: Serve as the daily point of contact with the Owner and Architect on assigned projects Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers on a project Manage and develop all project staff, including Project Managers and Superintendents Ensure compliance with applicable laws, contract requirements, and quality standards Participate in preconstruction process as necessary to set project up for success Assisting Project Executive and Superintendent in the following areas: Development of project staff Development of project schedule Review and understand owner contracts and provide input regarding terms and conditions Team meetings, owner/architect meetings and budget reviews What we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent combination of onsite training 15+ years of working experience in construction industry Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office required Hard-working, motivated and passionate individual Initial Projects: Our first two projects are located in Waxahachie and Galveston, Texas. Both are master-planned communities for Minto Communities, a nationally recognized developer known for creating destination residential communities centered around exceptional lifestyle amenities. CCC does not build the residential homes. Instead, we serve as the design-builder responsible for the site's commercial amenities, infrastructure, and public gathering spaces.
