Job Responsibilities:\\*\\* \\* Assist with the collection, verification, and entry of timekeeping data from various sources. \\* Support the processing of weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payrolls, including data entry, calculations, and reconciliations. \\* Verify employee information, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates or deductions. \\* Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and timekeeping. \\* Maintain accurate and organized payroll records and documentation. \\* Assist with the generation of various payroll reports as needed. \\* Support the payroll team in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. \\* Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager or senior staff.\\* No HR Duties Job Qualifications:\\*\\* \\* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred. \\* 0-2 years of experience in a payroll or administrative support role. \\* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. \\* Strong attention to detail and accuracy. \\* Excellent organizational and time management skills. \\* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. \\* Basic understanding of payroll principles and regulations is a plus. \\* Strong written and verbal communication skills. \\* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.**Company Overview:**Primoris is a leading communications contractor with years of knowledge, skills, and experience in multiple areas of expertise, including outside plant construction in both fiber and copper environments as well as fiber splicing and maintenance.
