This onsite role allows for direct interaction with patients, fostering an active and engaging work atmosphere where teamwork and communication are paramount.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of each patient's physical condition and functional mobility, tailoring treatment plans to address specific goals and needs.Develop and implement individualized care strategies that encompass various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of physical and chemical agents.Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to encourage recovery and enhance the patient's functional independence, while continuously monitoring and adjusting treatments as necessary.Document all patient evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately in compliance with regulatory guidelines to ensure consistent and ongoing quality of care.Engage patients with motivational techniques to promote adherence to rehabilitation plans, fostering a positive and encouraging treatment atmosphere.Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive care that reflects the best interests of each patient.Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens and lifestyle modifications that contribute to overall health and wellness beyond the rehab setting.Patient Population / Client FocusThe primary focus of this role will be on orthopedic patients, encompassing individuals recovering from surgeries, traumatic injuries, sports-related incidents, and chronic pain issues.
