How You'll Make an Impact The role of a material handler is receiving and shipping freight. They are responsible for picking orders loading and unloading trucks, as well as receiving, storing, consolidating inventory, and distributing materials. Responsibilities Include Safely operate a forklift to assist in receiving, storing, picking, staging and loading inventory. Prepare and load customer orders for shipment. Receive, store and replenish inventory. Complete needed SAP / Scan Gun transactions. Conduct inventory counts as requested Complete training classes. Follow company guidelines regarding safety. Accurately complete needed paperwork for all transactions. Complete any housekeeping activities that may be required. Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You'll Need High School diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull more using tools (drum dolly, pallet jack, etc.) Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse environment Forklift experience. SAP experience is a plus. Strong work history. Good communication skills. Self-motivator, positive attitude and team player. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be capable of standing and sitting for long periods of time. Environment: Warehouse has heat, but no AC (fans only)
