Senior Estimator | Technical Tenant Improvements | Bay AreaOur client is a well-established General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support its portfolio of complex technical tenant improvement projects throughout the Bay Area. Working closely with company leadership and project teams, you will help guide opportunities from early conceptual budgeting through final pricing. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys getting involved early, influencing strategy, and helping position projects for success.What You'll Be DoingDevelop conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates throughout the preconstruction processPerform quantity takeoffs and prepare labor and material pricingReview drawings, specifications, and technical scopes to identify risks and opportunitiesLead value-engineering studies and recommend practical cost-saving solutionsSolicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposalsCollaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partnersSupport bid strategy, scope development, and final pricing presentationsManage estimates for multiple projects and opportunities concurrentlyWhat We're Looking For10+ years of estimating experience with a General ContractorExperience estimating technical tenant improvement projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and complex trade scopesProficiency with estimating and takeoff platforms, including On-Screen TakeoffAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailClear, confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environmentWhat's OfferedProfit-sharing programAbove-market bonus potentialUnlimited PTO401(k) with company match100% medical, dental, and vision coverageHybrid work flexibilityIf you'd like to learn more, get in touch today.
