EXPERIENCED B-LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
$30–$35 PER FLAGGED HOUR | NO WEEKENDS.
AutoMed is hiring an experienced B-level automotive technician for our busy independent repair shop in Goldsboro, NC.
This is a full-time, flat-rate position for a dependable technician who can complete general automotive repairs independently, efficiently and correctly.
COMPENSATION:
- $30–$35 per flagged hour, based on experience and ability.
- 100% production-based flat-rate pay.
- Strong, steady workflow.
- Monday–Friday schedule.
- No weekends.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brakes.
- Steering and suspension.
- Cooling-system repairs.
- A/C service and repair.
- Maintenance and general mechanical repairs.
- Basic electrical testing and diagnosis.
- Alignments and tire-related repairs.
- Complete digital vehicle inspections.
- Accurately document testing, findings and recommendations.
- Perform required quality-control checks.
- Follow AutoMed’s established repair procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least three years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
- Able to perform B-level repairs independently.
- Must own the tools necessary for the position.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow established procedures and quality standards.
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
