If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team: Responsibilities Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status. Medication administration. Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff. Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information. Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
