This position is responsible for providing high quality customer service during all events, to achieve customer satisfaction and accurate accounting of all transactions, including inventory. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential duties and responsibilities include setting up and servicing individual beverage locations, properly handling cash, enforcing all liquor laws, verifying and accounting for all liquor inventory, maintaining proper sanitation of work area, following proper safety practices in the work area, providing pleasant and efficient service to customers, preparing all beverage items for sale in the station, selling to customers, charging amount indicated on ASM Global price list, receiving and handling cash and/or tickets, accurately verifying all cash and liquor inventory with supervisor, verifying cash register is programmed properly, according to ASM Global approved sales prices, following Bar Procedures, following all rules and regulations which apply to the beverage operations and to ASM Global Food and Beverage Division, requesting identification for every guest purchasing alcohol, and performing other related duties as assigned by Food Service Manager.

Qualifications include obtaining a valid California RBS certification, being at least 21 years of age, passing a clean background and credit check, being reliable and dependable, having ability to take directions and effectively perform the work, having sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money, having basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures, speaking and understanding English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees, having a pleasant personality and a neat appearance, being able to stand, walk for the duration of shift, being able to carry and lift according to industry standards, and being able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
