About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: Ongoing Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting. License: Current RN license required. Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS required. Preferred: TNCC and ENPC. Must-Have: Ability to manage a 5-1 patient ratio. Familiarity with common patient diagnoses including CHF, COPD, syncope, non-STEMI, DKA, wound issues, hip replacement, knee replacement, lumbar surgery, general surgery, and COVID. Proficient with EMR systems. Description: This position involves working in a 10-bed emergency unit. The RN will provide care to patients with various acute health issues. Candidates must be prepared to work a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role requires strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Teamwork and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals are essential. The work environment requires adherence to safety and quality standards. The position serves a diverse population, providing essential care to the community.
