Remote Administrative Assistant - Logistics & Reporting

Thrivas

Thrivas is hiring a remote Administrative Assistant in the Logistics Department. This full-time role, Monday through Friday, offers work-from-home flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days.

You will run daily and weekly Excel reporting, draft internal memos, coordinate events with internal teams, and assist with virtual presentations. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of admin support, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communications.
