Title: Yield TEM Support Technician
Hours: Thu-Sat; alternating Wed (6:30am – 7pm) or Sun-Tue; alternating Wed (6:30am – 7pm)
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Type: Assignment with Full Benefits Package

About the Role
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Load and run samples in TEM Queue
- Process samples by priority
- Monitor and data check TEM image data
- Maintain high tool utilization
- Maintain good communication with TEM tool owners (TOs)
- Escalate any tool or job issues to TOs
- Fill LN2
- Assist technician trainings
- Need: Hands-on analytical tool experience including SEM, TEM and/or beam based tools.
- Need: Semiconductor basic knowledge.
About You
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in the STEM field or 4 years of experience working in a similar environment
- Monitoring Transmission Electronic Microscopy data and assuring its quality and accuracy
- Working with and training technicians on the use of Transmission Electronic Microscopy operations and use
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on analytical tool experience including SEM, Transmission Electron Microscopy and/or beam based tools
- Basic knowledge of Semiconductors
- Metrology data processing and statistical analysis
- Has an understanding of device physics and circuits
