The CDL-A Driver will safely transport dedicated dry freight throughout assigned regional routes while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Drivers will unload full truckloads using a roto cart and lift gate, averaging three loads per week while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining on-time performance.

Transportation Operations

• Safely transport dedicated dry freight throughout assigned routes.
• Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
• Practice defensive driving techniques and maintain an exceptional safety record.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch regarding route updates and deliveries.
• Represent the company with professionalism during all customer interactions.

Freight Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated dry freight.
• Unload full truckloads using a roto cart and lift gate.
• Average approximately three loads per week.
• Maintain cargo integrity throughout transportation.
• Operate top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions.
• Pull modern 53-foot trailers.

Work Location

Onsite Las Vegas, Nevada

Compensation

• 10 Immediate Openings
• Annual Earnings: Up to $78,000
• Competitive CPM Pay
• $220 Per Load Pay

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Safe driving history with a strong commitment to DOT compliance.
• Ability to unload freight using a roto cart and lift gate.
• Ability to safely perform physical delivery responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Stable employment history.
• U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
• Must currently reside within 75 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada, or be willing to relocate before employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Previous dedicated fleet experience.
• Dry freight transportation experience.
• Experience operating automatic transmission sleeper tractors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Experience using lift gates and roto carts during deliveries.
