HVAC Technician- Pre-Season Hiring Incentive!

For 95 years, Sandri Energy has been a trusted, family-owned business. We treat our technicians with the respect they deserve. As we gear up for our busy season, we are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians and fueling things up with a hiring bonus of $5,000 for those that start prior to September 8th.

Pay

• Hourly Rate: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Hiring Bonus: $5,000 for qualified technicians who start prior to September 8, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, AC units)
• Perform high-quality preventive maintenance to keep our neighbors' homes running smoothly
• Help lead and oversee apprentice technicians on the job
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that includes a stipend and time-and-a-half pay for emergency calls.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Must have an active MA Oil Burner license
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs and work in various residential and commercial environments

Preferred Qualifications

• NORA Bronze (we will help you obtain certification if you don’t have it yet)
