Manufacturing Inspector Opportunities

A growing manufacturing company is seeking to hire multiple Inspectors to join its team!

These are full-time positions on 1st shift (Monday-Friday) , although candidates may also have the opportunity to work 2nd shift (Monday-Friday) if needed.

These positions are currently expected to be seasonal through the end of the year (with the possibility of extending longer). There is also potential for long-term, full-time employment for candidates who are interested in opportunities within other departments of the company.

The Inspector works in a fully gowned, temperature-controlled cleanroom environment, performing visual inspections of parts using a microscope while seated at a workstation. This role focuses on ensuring products meet or exceed both internal and customer quality standards, including medical overmolded products.

Responsibilities include:

Performing detailed visual inspections using a microscope

• Documenting inspection activities using a computer
• Supporting basic equipment operation
• Preparing inspected parts for shipment
• Maintaining quality and cleanliness standards in the cleanroom environment

There is no heavy lifting or strenuous physical labor involved in this position. Most of the work is performed while seated at a workstation. Candidates must be comfortable using a microscope throughout portions of the day.

No previous manufacturing or inspection experience is required. As long as you are comfortable sitting for extended periods, using a microscope, and documenting findings on a computer throughout the day, we can train you. These are straightforward positions that are easy to learn for motivated individuals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Litchfield, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
