As an Assisted Living Nurse, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to our tenants. Working in a supportive environment, you will play a vital role in promoting wellness, dignity, and independence for our tenants while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 2nd Shift Full Time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or senior housing is preferred
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on geriatric care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Provide nursing care and support to tenants in the assisted living community
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and community protocols
• Monitor tenants health status and respond promptly to any changes or concerns
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure holistic care for tenants
• Educate tenants and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures
• Document all care provided accurately and maintain up-to-date tenants records
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
