Position: EMT - Home-Based, Non-Emergency Role We're hiring experienced EMTs / Medical Asst for home visits focused on health assessments and quality screenings for geriatric patients. You'll work independently after training and meet with geriatric patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct screenings and quality measures for geriatric patients * Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners as needed * Maintain professionalism and empathy in home settings * No prior screening experience required - we provide training Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * EMT experience * Valid driver's license * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, sensitive approach to patient care * Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits: * Starting at $25+/hour, based on experience * Bonuses * Part-time with potential for full-time * Benefits offered for full-time positions * Transportation Requirements: This position requires travel to patient's homes. Candidates must possess: * A valid driver's license. * A current vehicle registration. * A personally owned, reliable vehicle available for business use. * Proof of automobile insurance/license meeting Massachusetts minimum requirements.
