What You'll Do

• Assist with maintaining, repairing, and improving our building, equipment, and grounds
• Perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping tasks
• Help ensure our environment remains safe, clean, functional, and attractive
• Support special projects and collaborate with team members across departments

What We're Looking For

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of general construction, maintenance, and repair practices
• Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, mechanical repairs, or landscaping is a plus
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
