Clinical Research Director

Leading the clinical research program, the full-time Director of Clinical Research will co-own the strategy and execution of clinical studies, focusing on product validation and scientific credibility while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Co-own the clinical evidence roadmap and define study objectives aligned with product and regulatory goals Lead the design and publication of clinical studies, managing protocols, timelines, budgets, and regulatory documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytical rigor and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders Required Qualifications PhD, MD, MS/MPH, or equivalent degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field 6+ years of experience in clinical research within biotech, diagnostics, digital health, or academia Demonstrated experience designing and executing human clinical studies Hands-on experience with IRB submissions and oversight of human subjects research Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners
