We're looking for an experienced, people-focused HR Business Partner who understands the unique needs of an industrial service-driven business.

This role is about more than HR policies and processes. We're looking for someone who can build trust, take ownership, communicate openly, and lead with integrity. Someone who understands the importance of strong relationships and can serve as a reliable partner to both leadership and employees.

The ideal candidate brings experience supporting blue-collar workforces, including field service technicians, skilled trades, and operational teams. They'll play an important role in strengthening employee relations, coaching leaders, and helping build a culture of accountability and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to operational and regional leadership, providing practical guidance and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through transparency, consistency, integrity, and open communication.
• Take ownership of employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance management.
• Coach leaders on effective communication, accountability, employee development, and building high-performing teams.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, retention, and talent development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on compensation, organizational development, and HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with operations and safety teams on workers' compensation, workplace incidents, and return-to-work programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and onboarding teams to create a consistent, positive employee experience.
• Support organizational growth, change management, and the integration of newly acquired businesses.
• Promote a culture where employees feel heard, leaders are accountable, and communication is open and respectful.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting regional or multi-location operations.
• Experience supporting industrial services, field service operations, manufacturing, equipment repair, construction, or similar blue-collar workforces strongly preferred.
• Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leaders at all levels.
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to follow through and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to navigate difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and workers' compensation practices.
• Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day business needs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Little to no travel required.
