Retail Sales Representative

Job Description

The Retail Sales Representative will play a key role in primarily engaging face-to-face with customers to drive sales and provide exceptional service. This position requires collaboration with team members Success is measured by the willingness to learn, maintain a positive attitude, teamwork ability, with opportunities for merit-based growth.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service
Apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Promote and present relevant products to increase sales
Collaborate closely with team members to achieve store goals
Travel as needed to different store locations
Great Energy

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Effective time management
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Willingness to learn
