Position Title: Welder/Fabricator (Mid-Level) Location: Assaria, KS Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years old Position Type: Full-Time Description: As a Welder/Fabricator at Prestressed Concrete, you will play a crucial role in our production process, contributing your expertise to the fabrication of prestressed, precast, and hollowcore concrete products. This position is designed for individuals with 2-3 years or more of welding experience, who are ready to advance their careers in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. You will collaborate with our skilled welding team, utilizing your knowledge to ensure the highest standards of quality and precision in our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques proficiently to assemble metal components in accordance with project specifications and blueprints. Ensure the integrity and strength of welds by conducting thorough visual inspections and adhering to welding standards and procedures. Uphold strict safety protocols to promote a secure working environment for yourself and team members. Assist in the setup and organization of welding materials and equipment, contributing to team efficiency and productivity. Work alongside peers to address welding challenges promptly, ensuring project timelines are met with precision and accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the welding area, including equipment maintenance and workspace tidiness.
