Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with recent experience in an infusion clinic, particularly in chemotherapy administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology nursing, demonstrating expertise in managing patient care effectively.
This is a 91-week contract position.
Day shift, 10 hours, start time between 0700 and 0800.
Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and manage infusion therapies for oncology patients.
- Provide compassionate patient care and support through treatment processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and management.
Required Experience:
- Four years of acute nursing experience in an oncology setting.
- Recent infusion clinic experience is mandatory.
Certifications / Licensure:
- Current CA RN license is required.
- Chemotherapy certification is necessary, along with recent chemotherapy administration experience.
- Current BLS recognition is required.
