This opportunity aligns closely with similar bilingual recruiting roles within Abacus's New Jersey operations. Position Summary The Bilingual Staffing Specialist will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees while building strong relationships with clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people find employment opportunities, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, warehouse, clerical, and professional positions Conduct candidate onboarding and new hire orientations Maintain regular communication with employees and clients regarding staffing needs Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding requirements Manage attendance tracking, employee relations, and workforce support Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Partner with clients to ensure staffing goals and service expectations are met Support job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach efforts Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or related experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred What We Offer Competitive salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually Career growth and advancement opportunities Comprehensive training and ongoing support Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on employees' careers and client success Abacus Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
