Human Resources Generalist

You'll partner closely with employees and leaders across the organization, helping teams navigate change, strengthen engagement, and build a positive employee experience while supporting the day-to-day HR needs of the business.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being visible, approachable, and hands-on. You'll have the opportunity to influence culture, improve processes, support employee development, and help create an environment where people can do their best work.Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions, workplace concerns, and HR support.Partner with supervisors on performance management, attendance, employee relations, conflict resolution, and corrective action.Coach leaders on communication, policy application, and people management best practices.Support investigations and maintain fair, consistent, and well-documented outcomes.Promote employee engagement, accountability, safety, and positive workplace culture.Provide HR support for hourly and salaried employees in a manufacturing environments.Support recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate coordination, screening, and onboarding.Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee documentation.Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.Track and report HR metrics including turnover, attendance, and hiring activity.Support remote operations, including occasional travel up to 20%.Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training initiatives.Assist with leadership development and compliance training programs.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Participate in HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.Qualifications (required and preferred):5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Operations experience.Strong employee relations and workforce support experience.Bachelor's degree required.Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight.Manufacturing industry experience.PHR or SHRM-CP certification.Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee population.Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding, and compliance training.Experience leading employee engagement or process improvement initiatives.We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
