Sr IT Project ManagerLocation: Eagle, IDThe Senior Project Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. This role requires a proven ability to define project scope, develop detailed schedules and budgets, and manage cross-functional resource plans. The Senior Project Manager ensures successful project outcomes through proactive risk management, effective resource allocation, and consistent status reporting to stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and aligning project execution with organizational objectives.Daily management of multiple projects or larger scale, complex projectsResponsible for managing project scope, schedule, and budget over the project lifecycleCreate detailed project schedule, manage project resources, and forecast resource utilization throughout the project lifecycleCreate and manage project budget, providing regular financial updates, as well as forecasted project spend vs. actuals reconciliation.Perform effective risk management and mitigation activities across all assigned projectsPerform resource management and effectively forecast and allocation project-level resourcesReview and manage change management activities across all assigned projectsPrepare and present project status reporting to project stakeholders and leadershipCollaborate successfully with a variety of project, business, and technology stakeholdersFacilitate support transition and project closure activity stepsAdvocate for strong project management principles and drive adherence to the project management lifecycleBasic & Preferred QualificationsBS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, Master's degree a plus5 years' experience as Program or Project Manager, preferably in a technology environmentDemonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesPMP preferredProven leadership as a Sr. Project Manager with strong project management experience on large, complex projectsStrong knowledge of budgeting and resource managementStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesAbility to work globally and with a wide range of individualsExcellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectivelyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office suite, portfolio management software (preferably ServiceNow).Industry-Competitive BenefitsCoupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
