Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure/Certification in Michigan
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in hospice care

Physical Therapist Assistant Contract Details

• $1,560 - $1,720 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospice Care
