JavaScript Full Stack Developer

Salary: $114,000 - 154,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of software development experience, including 3+ years building full-stack applications with JavaScript
• Experience with Node.js, backend API development, databases, and data integrations; AS400 is preferred, with Oracle or SQL also considered
• Experience using Git for cloud-based deployment pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience building pipelines in a cloud environment; Azure is preferred
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies with minimal direction
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics
• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline
• Preferred: Profound.js, IBM i/AS400, Azure cloud, .NET Framework or .NET Core, Express.js, Angular or React, mobile application development, or AI-assisted coding, testing, or deployment tools

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications on the Profound.js platform
• Build web applications and user interfaces that connect with legacy IBM i (AS400) systems
• Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic using JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js
• Create and maintain integrations between modern front-end applications and enterprise backend systems
• Collaborate with UI, API, and platform teams to deliver scalable business solutions
• Work with Azure-based CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment environments
• Extend and enhance legacy applications while preserving critical business logic
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to application architecture and development processes
• Use AI-assisted development and testing tools to improve efficiency and code quality
• Partner with offshore and distributed teams on application delivery and ongoing enhancements
