Sanitation Team MemberSeeking Dedicated Sanitation Worker to Support Clean, Safe, High-Quality Food Production OperationsGrillo's Pickles is a fast-growing, nationally distributed brand known for its fresh, all-natural, cold-pickled products made from a 100-year-old family recipe.What's in it for you?Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Sanitation Team Member Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 19.50 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredThird Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:30am)Play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our food production facilityThis position is crucial for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment, involving the thorough cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areasExecute routine cleaning and sanitation procedures for production equipment, machinery, tools, and food contact surfaces using approved chemicals and specialized toolsDisassemble, clean, rinse, sanitize, and reassemble equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sanitationPerform thorough cleaning and sanitization of facility areas including floors, walls, ceilings, and drainsEnsure cleanliness and orderliness of non-production areas as assignedSanitation Team Member Qualifications:Must be ok with working in facility which is kept at 45 degrees FahrenheitPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Capable of handling, feeling, reaching, and operating various equipmentMust be able to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary to perform cleaning tasksLift and/or move frequently 10-25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs. with assistance or mechanical supportPrevious experience as a Sanitation Technician in a food production or previous Janitorial experience.
