Job Overview MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU – Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing assignment in Louisville, Kentucky. Position Details Specialty: PACU – Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40 Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Qualifications Active RN License Degree from accredited nursing program BLS and ACLS Certifications At least eighteen months recent experience in an acute care PACU setting Other requirements to be determined by client facility Responsibilities Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse will assist in recovering patients from anesthesia and monitor them as they wake up from surgery until discharge or transfer to the floor. Provide care for post‑operative patients recovering from anesthesia, including general, regional, and local anesthesia. Administer diligent care via monitoring, assessment, intervention, and continuous reassessment.
