Maintenance Coordinator - Part Time

Job Summary This is an Operations position responsible for keying all maintenance records and repairs on fleet equipment into the maintenance software, answering phone calls from delivery associates and vendors regarding breakdowns, parts ordered, parts deliveries, fuel deliveries, and other fleet maintenance related duties. Responsibilities Input all purchase orders into maintenance software. Enter all work orders into maintenance software. Direct phone calls to the fleet managers or others as needed. Identify problems and propose solutions to improve shop efficiency. Maintain and review the inventory of parts and supplies. Use maintenance tracking software to ensure all equipment is scheduled for preventative maintenance (PM) and other maintenance as needed. Receive incoming calls from drivers, associates, and customers and answer all questions. Keep management informed of all activities concerning the Operations department. Qualifications Education: High school diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 1‑3 months related experience and/or training; data entry experience. Preferred: SAP experience. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurability standards. Professional Skills: Basic PC skills and proficiency with MS Outlook, ability to present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations, problem‑solving in standardized situations, familiarity with Internet, spreadsheet, and Microsoft Word software.
