Oracle Business Systems Analyst

Role Description

As a Sr Project Director within the Enterprise Applications Business Unit at Datavail, you will lead ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM application consultancy projects at key strategic clients to success. You will work closely with the technical delivery and account management team to:

• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure project healthiness across multiple metrics
• Help sell/position additional work for the company

Develop integrated project plans and act as the primary customer contact for projects. Participate in or develop mechanisms for establishing, monitoring, and integrating projects. Use various analyses, other performance measures, and risk assessments to manage implementations or to recommend change. Negotiate program and project changes and incorporate changes into project change processes to maintain statements of work, cost, and schedule baselines. Lead and direct a remote project team to be successful.

This position will focus on the delivery of solutions inside our Enterprise Applications business unit.

Candidates with working knowledge of delivering solutions to clients using one or more of the following are preferred:

• Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Fusion Middleware and related technologies

Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies is also required. Candidates must have project successes of turning complex business challenges into effective business and technical solutions that provide significant business value to strategic clients.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years Project/Program Management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 4 years managing ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM projects within a cloud or on-prem environment
• Experience leading globally sourced project teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related field of study
• 15+ years professional services experience with leading projects for external or internal customers
• PMP or Agile implementation methodology experience

Requirements

• Responsible for managing cross-functional projects for clients
• Oversee project budget and drive course corrections to maintain it
• Able to organize internal business groups to manage and implement projects to scope while managing customer expectations
• Simultaneously manage a portfolio of unrelated projects and provide transparency into progress to client and Datavail management
• Can tailor project management approaches to the type/size of project using various techniques including Agile and Waterfall
• Develop integrated schedule including critical path and ensure assigned resources are executing as planned
• Must have the ability to multi-task and enhance a team environment
• Monitor, track, and control change to the projects through formal change control management
• Contribute to Datavail PMO standards, processes, and tools to enable continuous improvement across the entire portfolio and PMO team
