What you will do

• Facilitate engaging new-hire and ongoing training programs for Customer Care team members.
• Provide clear actionable feedback and coaching to help learners build confidence and improve performance.
• Coordinate and administer assessments to measure knowledge progress and training effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership to keep training materials aligned with current processes expectations and business needs.
• Coordinate training schedules with Recruiting Customer Care and other key partners.
• Gather frontline feedback and identify opportunities to improve training processes and the overall customer experience.
• Stay connected to day-to-day operations so training remains practical relevant and reflective of the work our teams actually perform.

What we look for

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree highly preferred.
• 3 years of training and facilitation experience.
• Knowledge of current and emerging training methods tools and delivery techniques.
• Experience providing coaching and performance feedback preferably within a contact center environment.
• Healthcare experience within pharmacy hospice durable medical equipment managed care or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
• A proactive organized and self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
