Position: Maintenance DirectorPay Range: $25.00 - $30.00/HR DOELocation: Cherrywood Care, 100 E. Come join our amazing team!What you will do:Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, grounds, and buildingComplete request for repairsOversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the facilityPerform and coordinate repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, lighting, and fixturesMaintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and outdoor spacesEnsure sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and exterior areas are safe and maintainedMonitor building systems including fire alarms, sprinklersQualifications: Have good technical and mechanical skills Experience in light carpentry and plumbingExperience with maintaining HVAC systems preferredMust be familiar with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life Safety Code (LSC) rules and recordkeeping. Must be available for emergency calls such as night, weekends, and holidays.
