Mortgage Loan Officer

As a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer - WA Licensed working remotely, the successful candidate will guide members through the mortgage process, helping them purchase or refinance homes while providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey. Key responsibilities Build strong relationships with members to understand their mortgage needs and recommend suitable solutions Originate loans by accurately processing applications and communicating necessary disclosures and fees Serve as the primary contact for members and real estate agents, ensuring clear communication from application to closing Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 4 years of lending sales, processing, or underwriting experience At least 5 years of sales experience Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, including annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo mortgage products strongly preferred
